I wanted to share with you a bit about why we produced our summer season reading program.
For me, it was since of my trainees.
For many years of teaching in my private knowing center, moms and dads would bring their kids to me that were behind in reading and spelling.

Sometimes they were just a bit behind, in some cases they were way behind, and sometimes they were at grade level and simply summer reading program near Rancho Cucamonga - CA state wanted to advance much faster.
Often this was since the trainees had learning difficulties like dyslexia and ADHD. Other times, this was just since the instructors did not teach all of the specific skills required to read.

How could I get these trainees' skills up while not simply supplying a band-aid option?

The program does take some participation from a parent for grades K-2, but for grades 3-8, many kids can do most activities in the program on their own.
